Leadership Team

Richard Root - Founder / President

Rich founded RES in 2000 and has thirty years of experience in the engineering community.  He has a keen sense of what clients need, understands budgets and stresses quality of design.  Rich brings a high level of design expertise as well as a strong desire for building and maintaining long term client relationships.  Rich operates the Illinois location.

Adam Harris - Principal / Vice President

Adam is a professional engineer with over a decade of experience in the development and coordination of mechanical systems design.  He works diligently to determine the best solutions for his clients and is committed to quality engineering.  Adam joined RES in 2005 in Illinois and opened the Texas location in 2009.  Adam operates the Texas location.
