In loving memory of Richard Root

It is with deep sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our founder, Richard Root, who peacefully passed on November 28th, 2024.

Rich was not only the visionary who established Root Engineering, but also the driving force behind everything we stand for. Through his leadership, dedication and commitment, he built a company rooted in the values of integrity, innovation and community. While we mourn this profound loss, we are also deeply grateful for the legacy Rich leaves behind. His passion for engineering continues to inspire all of us, and we are committed to honoring that legacy as we move forward. We are dedicated to carrying on Rich’s vision, ensuring Root Engineering remains a reflection of the principles he instilled in us from the beginning. Our thoughts and condolences go out to his family, friends and all who were touched by Rich throughout his lifetime. Thank you for your continued support during this challenging time.
